With due respect I beg to state that I am a student of Class xii in your college. My father is a Government employee. Recently, he has been transferred from Sonapur to Nurpur in Chittagong. Our family will soon shift there. Besides, I have no relation in Sonapur. My father does not want to leave me alone here. So it is quite impossible for me to continue my study in your college for which I am badly in need of a transfer certificate.
In the circumstances stated above I pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
